  • You’ve followed plans for so long you have no freaking idea where to start! This is such a valid feeling and we have literally been there ourselves. The truth is that dieting takes us OUT of our bodies and leaves us struggling to trust ourselves.

    You aren’t alone! These are super common experiences post-dieting and leaves you simply feeling stuck and confused.

    • you’re the only one in your social circle not dieting

    • you’re swimming upstream and that no one can understand why you are making this choice

  • Dieting takes up so much mental space and energy that it takes us away from being our authentic selves. You might not know what you like to do, wear, eat, how to move, who to be friends with, etc, without dieting guiding you. Dieting tells you how to show up within that box and without a script, you have no idea who the hell you are. You might feel like this if the first time you are trying to figure out who you truly are.

We get it. It feels like dieting gives you all the “tools” you need to live “happy, healthy life.” In reality, these tools are weapons that end up hurting more than helping. Our goal is to help you trust yourself after tossing the dieting playbook.
